West wind around 6 mph becoming southeast. Chance of precipitation is 40 percent. New rainfall amounts of less than a tenth of an inch possible. Wednesday Night: A chance of rain. Cloudy, with a low around 41. Northeast wind around 6 mph becoming calm. Chance of precipitation is 40 percent. New rainfall amounts of less than a tenth of an inch possible.

  • The Medfield Energy Committee will meet at the Medfield at 7:30 p.m. in the Warrant Committee Room.
  • will hold a meeting for all interested high school girls' basketball players this afternoon at 2:20 p.m. in room 214.

The will host several events today:

  • Children and teens in grades four and up are invited to stop by the Medfield Library every Wednesday from 3 to 6 p.m. to choose and play from a collection of Wii games. The gaming station will be set up in the lower level meeting room.
  • Pattycake Place Story Time will be held at 10:45 a.m. Children, ages 0-23 months old are invited to particpate in the interactive storytime with their caregivers. Also at the library Wednesday, will be the Book Bunch Storytime, beginning at 11:30 a.m. for preschoolers, ages 2 and 3.

  • The Medfield girls' volleyball team will travel to the Frontier Regional School for a 7 p.m. match.
