Today's Forecast: Wednesday's weather, according to the National Weather Service based in Taunton, calls for occasional drizzle. Areas of fog before 11 a.m., then Patchy fog after 1 p.m. Otherwise, cloudy, with a high near 49. North wind around 6 mph becoming calm. Wednesday Night: Occasional rain before 5 a.m., then rain and snow likely. Patchy fog before 2 a.m. Low around 33. Calm wind becoming north between 4 and 7 mph. Chance of precipitation is 80 percent. New precipitation amounts between a half and three quarters of an inch possible.

  • The Medfield High School Boosters organization will hold a meeting at the Library Media Center at 7 p.m.

The will host several events today:

  • Children and teens in grades four and up are invited to stop by the Medfield Library every Wednesday from 3 to 6 p.m. to choose and play from a collection of Wii games. The gaming station will be set up in the lower level meeting room.
  • Pattycake Place Story Time will be held at 10:45 a.m. Children, ages 0-23 months old are invited to particpate in the interactive storytime with their caregivers. A Toddler Storytime for pre-schoolers ages 2 and 3 will be held at 11:30 a.m.

18 Days Until Christmas: The Medfield Music Association will hold their Annual "Spaghetti with Santa" dinner tonight in the Medfield High School cafeteria. Dinner seatings are at 5 and 6:15 p.m. Tickets for dinner are $7 and are available at Lord's Department Store. Dinner will include Christmas music and carols provided by Blake and Medfield High School Students. The event will feature pictures with Santa for $5 as well as a baked good sale. Proceeds of this dinner benefit the music programs in all Medfield Schools and Medfield student music scholarships.
