- The Medfield Public Works Department (DPW) has announced that due to impact on Medfield, the Transfer Station has extended its days and hours this week. The transfer station will now be open from Monday, Aug. 29 to Saturday, Sept. 3, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., with Wednesday being open 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.. Call NSTAR at 1-800-592-2000 for any down lines. Note that the Town of Medfield will not be picking up brush from private trees.
- The season begins today and sub-varsity candidates are to report to the High School gym from 4 to 6 p.m.
