Southwest winds 5 to 10 mph. Saturday Night: Partly cloudy. Patchy fog after midnight. Visibility one quarter mile or less at times after midnight. Lows in the lower 60s. Southwest winds 5 to 10 mph. Sunday: Partly sunny. Patchy fog. Visibility one quarter mile or less at times. Humid with highs in the mid 80s. Southwest winds 10 to 15 mph. Gusts up to 25 mph in the afternoon. Sunday Night: Showers with thunderstorms likely. Patchy fog. Humid with lows in the mid 60s. Southwest winds 10 to 15 mph. Gusts up to 30 mph in the evening. Chance of rain 80 percent.

Notable Events:

  • Powisset Farm Stand at Rocky Woods Reservation in Medfield will take place Saturday at 9 a.m. 
  • Stop by the Zullo Gallery Saturday at noon to see the exhibit: Urban Scenes, Buildings and Places. 

 Fifth Annual Summer in the Valley Photo Contest: The Trustees of Reservations is pleased to announce the fifth annual Summer in the Valley Contest. From June 22 to Sept. 22, visit any of The Trustees properties in the Charles River Valley and submit your best photos in six categories. Prizes will be awarded to winners in each category. The Best in Show winner will receive a Trustees membership and a winter share of produce at Powisset Farm. All category winners will receive Trustees gear. Contestants will be able to summit their favorite shots in six subject categories including: Plantlife, Wildlife, Family & Friends, Scenic, New Discoveries and On the Farm (Powisset Farm in Dover). Three entry levels; age 10 and under, age 11-17, and 18 and up. Encourage the entire family to grab a camera and visit Trustees properties in the Charles River Valley. Trustees properties in Medfield (Rocky Woods, Fork Factory Brook, Noon Hill, Shattuck Reservation, Medfield Rhododendrons, Medfield Meadow Lots, and Bridge Island Meadows). Turtle Trekkers Program at Stony Brook: Start your weekend off right with a fun and knowledgeable Stony Brook teacher on the trails learning about nature. There will be crafts, activities and lots of laughter. This month’s theme: Bees, Bugs and Butterflies. Fee: $10 for members and for $12 non-members per adult/child pair.
