Northwest wind between 3 and 8 mph. Monday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 50. Light north wind. Tuesday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 70. East wind between 3 and 8 mph. Tuesday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 49. Wednesday: Partly sunny, with a high near 67. Wednesday Night: A chance of rain. Cloudy, with a low around 53. Chance of precipitation is 40 percent. Thursday: Rain likely. Cloudy, with a high near 66. Chance of precipitation is 60 percent. Thursday Night: A chance of showers. Cloudy, with a low around 53. Chance of precipitation is 50 percent. Friday: A chance of showers. Partly sunny, with a high near 69. Chance of precipitation is 30 percent. Friday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 50.

Rachel’s Challenge Community Presentation: Medfield residents are once again invited to attend a special Rachel’s Challenge Presentation Tuesday at 7 p.m. in the auditorium. The life of Rachel Scott, the first person killed at Columbine High School on April 20, 1999 lives on through her messages of kindness and positive choices shared around the nation through her writings and drawings from Rachel's diaries. Her messages of kindness and positive choices continues to touch the lives of both students and communities. This presentation is made possible by the  MCPE and Medfield HS Boosters. Warriors Week in Sports: On Monday, the Medfield High School field hockey team hosts Franklin at 1 p.m. on the MHS turf. On Tuesday, the Medfield boys’ golf team travels to Bellingham for a 3 p.m. match. The Medfield varsity girls’ soccer team will host Hopkinton on the MHS turf at 5 p.m. MHS players will wear pink in recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. The Medfield girls’ volleyball team will travel to Lawrence to play Notre Dame at 5 p.m. The Medfield boys’ soccer team will host Hopkinton at 6:45 p.m. On Wednesday, the boys’ golf team will play Hopkinton at 3 p.m. The Medfield boys’ and girls’ cross country teams travel to Holliston at 3:30 p.m. The Medfield field hockey team travels to Bellingham for a 6:30 p.m. game. On Thursday, the Medfield boys’ golf team plays Millis at 3 p.m. The Medfield boys’ soccer team hosts Dover-Sherborn at 5 p.m. while the Medfield girls’ soccer team travels to D-S for a 6:30 p.m. game. On Friday, the Medfield field hockey team hosts Medway at 3:30 p.m. The Medfield football team hosts Bellingham at 7 p.m.

Medfield Events: 

  • Medfield High School All Night Graduation Party meeting will be held at 7 p.m. Tuesday in the teacher’s room in the upper level of the high school café.
  • Medfield Music Association meting will be held Tuesday at 7 p.m. in Room 204 of the high school.
  • MHS Boosters / Class of 2012 fundraiser will be held at Subway at 2 p.m. on Wednesday.
  • Pattycake Place Story Time will be held at the Medfield Public Library at 10:45 a.m. Wednesday. Also, on Wednesday, the Bok Bunch Storytime will be held at the library beginning at 11:30 a.m.

Town Meetings: On Wednesday, the Medfield Permanent Building Committee will meet at 7:30 p.m. in . The Medfield Historical Commission will meet Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. in Town Hall. The Medfield Board of Water and Sewer will meet at Town Hall on Thursday at 7 p.m.
