Cast your VOTE regarding Medfield's purchase of the former Medfield State Hospital - at the Town Election - Monday, March 31, 2014 - at the CENTER - One Ice House Road.
Voting is from 6:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
The decision to proceed with purchase of the Medfield State Hospital was approved by an almost unanimous vote at the Special Town Meeting with over 1000 people in attendance. It is also necessary that the purchase be approved by a majority (50%) of your votes at the election on March 31 to comply with the Proposition 21/2 Debt Exclusion Question. A vote of “Yes” fulfills this requirement. A vote of “No” would prevent acquisition of the property by the Town and leave it to the State for disposition. Please plan to vote on this vital issue to the community.
