A dinner reception honoring retiring Superintendent Robert Maguire will be held on Thursday, June 20 at Raffael’s Restaurant in Walpole from 6pm – 10pm.  The Medfield community is invited to help celebrate this occasion!

Maguire has been part of the Medfield Public Schools since 1991 when he became Principal of Medfield High School.  He assumed his current role as Superintendent
in 1999, and since that time, the Medfield Public Schools have undergone many
changes under his leadership.

During Maguire’s tenure as Superintendent, the school district faced a number of challenges including a large increase in student population, the renovation and expansion of three schools, tight fiscal budgets, and the need to keep the curriculum strong; with students engaged and challenged.

Please join us in celebrating Superintendent Maguire’s retirement and recognizing his contributions to the Medfield Public Schools.

Any questions regarding this celebration or tickets should be sent to the planning committee at medfieldcelebration@gmail.org.

This event is not sponsored by the Medfield Public Schools or the Medfield Coalition for Public Education.
