Zebra's Chef to be Featured Chef in New York City
Chef Brendan Pelley invited to cook at the James Beard House in New York City.
According to Zebra's Bistro and Grill's Facebook page, Chef Brendan Pelley has been chosen by the James Beard Foundation to be the featured chef cooking for a one-time special dinner at the James Beard House in NYC this April. This is a career highpoint and considered to be one of the highest honors for chefs.
"Our entire team is unbelievably excited about the honor and opportunity to cook in the former home of the great cookbook author and teacher - James Beard," said the post.
The Beard Foundation uses the historic brownstone James Beard House in New York City's Greenwich Village as a "performance space" for visiting chefs.
