Medfield's Jaie3 salon.spa.beautique sent two stylists to the Miss Boston Pageant on Feb. 19 at the Omni Parker House in Boston.
BOSTON –Medfield was well represented at Sunday's Miss Boston Pageant at the Omni Parker House in Boston.
Medfield's Jaie3 salon.spa.beautique sent a beauty team to the Feb. 19 pageant to assist in styling the contestants.
Medfield resident Melissa Amicangioli, a stylist at Jaie3 salon.spa.beautique. attended the event, along with Jaie3 stylist and Wellesley resident Kelly Doherty, providing hair styling services for all the pageant’s contestants.After competing in swimsuit, talent, interview and evening wear competitions, Katie Fuhrman was crowned as Miss Photogenic Jaie3 Salon and Spa and Harvard Student Kelsey Beck was crowned as the new 2012 Miss Boston.

About the event: The Miss Boston Scholarship Organization is a prestigious program dedicated to providing young women with scholarships, public speaking opportunities and support for Miss America's official platform: the Children's Miracle Network. Miss Boston is Boston's largest preliminary for Miss America and each year the young lady crowned as Miss Boston competes for the title of Miss Massachusetts.
