Pet of the Week: Meet 'Mick' and 'Jagger'

Mick and Jagger are currently available for adoption at the Medfield Animal Shelter.

Mick and his brother Jagger are playful and lovable mixed breed puppies, according to Kim Agricola of the Medfield Animal Shelter.

The boys are four months old and are probably going to grow up to be large dogs.

"They love to run and play, but will settle down and snuggle and give kisses," Agricola said. "They are not yet housebroken, because they were not in an environment where they could get out of their kennels to access the outdoors, so their new families should plan to crate train them and take them out frequently so they can learn."

Agricola said they do go to the bathroom outside whenever they let them out in the fenced area at the shelter. A crate is included in their adoption fees.

"We are not looking to place them together, since caring for and training a puppy takes a lot of time and they each deserve their own family devoted to them," Agricola said.

They will be neutered prior to going to their new homes. E-mail info@medfieldshelter.com if you are interested in meeting either one of these cute dogs.
