Medfield Seniors Enjoy Annual Christmas Party

On Dec. 11, over 180 Medfield seniors celebrated the holiday season at the American Legion Hall earlier this month.

Earlier this month, over 180 Medfield seniors gathered at Medfield's Legion Hall to celebrate the season with good cheer and fellowship provided by the Medfield American Legion, the Medfield Lions, the Medfield Sportsman’s Club, the Medfield Council on Aging and F.O.S.I.

Seniors were greeted by the Lions and then entertained by members of the Jazz Band. The Medfield Legion Auxiliary made delicious creamy desserts.

Working the hall setup was Al Manganello ,legion manager, while the Medfield Lions, under the direction of Lion Ken Heavey, provided table service. Other event contributors included MEMO, Medfield Legion Auxiliary, , and Walter Shackley. A delicious dinner catered by was served followed by a raffle and presentation of Poinsettia plants to the winners.
