Missing Pets: Help Reunite These Cats with Medfield Families

Medfield Animal Shelter is looking for the owner of a double pawed male cat found on Lowell Mason Road. Medfield family is looking for Ruggles, a long-haired orange cat with green eyes, has been missing since Friday, Nov. 4 and last seen at Eastmount Road

The Medfield Animal Shelter has a double pawed male cat that was found on Lowell Mason Road on Nov. 11 and is in search of its family.

"This handsome double pawed male cat showed up at a home on Lowell Mason Road and he came to the Shelter on Nov. 11th," the shelter said. "While he was nervous at first, he has settled in and is doing well. He is neutered and well cared for, so we are hoping his owner is looking for him. He is very nice and friendly."

Medfield Family Searches for Pet Cat, "Ruggles"

Medfield resident Meghan Norton contacted Medfield Patch asking its readers to help locate her family's missing cat.

"Ruggles," a long-haired orange cat wtih green eyes, was last seen on Nov. 4 at Eastmount Road. Norton says the cat is an "indoor-only cat, with no collar."

Norton said the family is offering a reward for Ruggles' safe return. On Wednesday, Nov. 9, Norton told Medfield Patch someone spotted Ruggles near South Street.

"Someone actually spotted our cat near the train tracks crossing South Street, so it was good news to know he is still alive," Norton said.
