Today's Forecast: Friday's weather, according to the National Weather Service based in Taunton, calls for mostly sunny, with a high near 58. Breezy, with a west wind between 17 and 23 mph, with gusts as high as 34 mph. Friday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 29. West wind between 10 and 16 mph.
Noteable Events:
- The Medfield Coalition for Public Education will host its Spring Fling: Planting Seeds of Enrichment fundraiser tonight at the in Dedham. This community-wide event will feature an evening of dancing, hors-d’oeurves, and silent and live auctions. The Spring Fliing will be held from 7 to 11 p.m. Tickets are $60 each and can be purchased online at www.medfieldcoalition.org.
- Senior Happenings at the Center: Hand 'N Foot Card Game 9:30 a.m., Tai Chi 10 a.m. ($5 per class); Movie Time 10 a.m. and Ladies Indoor Bocce 11:15 a.m.

- The baseball and softball teams host Bellingham at 3:45 p.m.
- The boys' volleyball team travels to Boston College High School for a 6 p.m. game.
- The boys' and girls' lacrosse teams face Dover-Sherborn today at 6:30 p.m. The boys' team will play away while the girls' team plays home.
Medfield Household Hazardous Day : On Saturday, Medfield residents will have the opportunity to clean out and safely dispose of oils, oil paint, (not latex) pesticides, herbicides, banned chemicals, photographic chemicals, brake fluid, antifreeze and un-usable gasoline. Bring all these hazardous household items to the Highway Garage Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. A MTS Sticker is required.
