Boston Marathon Bombing's Effects on Medfield: One Year Later

Tuesday marks the one-year anniversary of the 2013 Boston Marathon bombings, the effects of which rippled throughout the Commonwealth, including Medfield.

On Monday, Medfield Patch contributor Colleen Sullivan revealed that Lisa McFetridge is supporting the One Fund, as well as supporting the individual bombing victim’s families, the survivors and their families and the first responders, with the design and creation of a "Boston Strong" knitting pattern. Learn more here.

Three people were killed and nearly 300 others were injured in the Boston Marathon bombings on April 15, 2013 in Boston's Back Bay. Here’s a look back at how the bombings affected Medfield directly, one year later:
