Kindergarten Registration Opens Jan. 5 at Memorial School

Kindergarten registration for the 2012-2013 school year at the is going on now.

All eligible students must be five years old on or by Aug. 31st, 2012. Please visit www.medfield.net and click on the
link to bring you to the Kindergarten Registration Page. All necessary documents for registration are available online.

Kindergarten Parent Information Night will be held on Jan. 26 from 7 to 8:30 p.m. in the Memorial School Gymnasium. This is a parent only event.

Kid's Night Out at Medfield Parks and Recreation to be Held Friday

will have another Kid's Night Out event this Friday, Jan. 6 from 5:30 to 8 p.m. at the Pfaff Center. A perfect time for a quiet dinner or to have a relaxing evening without the kids.

Parks and Rec. will be showing the original Muppet Movie and will be serving pizza (from ) for dinner. The dessert will be make/decorate your own cookie. Cost is $15 per child.

Registration is available on the town's website (www.town.medfield.net) or you can sign-up in person the night of the event with cash or check (just let the recreation department know you are coming so your child/children can be added to the list).

Ballroom Dance Classes Begin Jan. 7 at Kingsbury Club Medfield

The Kingsbury Club Medfield is offering ballroom dance classes for five weeks, beginning Saturday, Jan. 7 at 6 p.m. The dates for the classes are Jan. 7, Jan. 14, Jan. 21, Feb. 4 and Feb. 11. 

The member price is $79/couple and the non-member price is $95/couple. If interested in signing up, call the Kingsbury Club Medfield at (508) 359-7800.
