Medfield Animal Shelter Adoption Hours: The Medfield Animal Shelter will be hosting adoption hours from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 21 at the shelter, which has lots of new pets, including mixed breed puppies, guinea pigs, bunnies and lots of friendly cats. You can see all the pets currently available on the shelter’s website, MedfieldShelter.com. The shelter is located off of West Street in Medfield, across from the Waste Water Treatment Plant Click here for directions.

AFC Championship: Baltimore Ravens at New England Patriots: Believe it or not, the 2011-2012 New England Patriots are on the doorstep to another trip to the Super Bowl, the team’s seventh in its history. All the Pats need is a win Sunday (kick-off 3 p.m.) and they are headed to Indianapolis for Super Bowl XLVI. Show your pride for the New England Patriots by submitting your photos of painted faces, Pats gear or Patriot viewing parties to Jeremie.Smith@patch.com and we will publish them on the site on Sunday before the big game! Warriors' Saturday: The boys’ hockey team will travel to Ashland to take on the Clockers, weather permitting. The girls’ hockey team faces off against King Philip Saturday at the Iorio Arena in Walpole at 8 p.m.

Medfield High School Art Exhibit on Display at Patriot Place: The Medfield High School Visual Arts Department will be displaying art works from a selection of students enrolled in the Advanced Placement Studio Art Program. Approximately 30 selected pieces will be on display all weekend at The Artist's Studio & Gallery alongside other local artists. The exhibit will be available for viewing on Saturday, Jan. 21, 1 to 9 p.m. and Sunday, Jan. 22, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
