Here's a look at the weekend ahead for April 7-8.

Weekend Forecast: Saturday's weather, according to the National Weather Service based in Taunton, calls for mostly cloudy, with a high near 52. North wind between 8 and 15 mph. Saturday Night: Mostly cloudy, with a low around 33. North wind between 5 and 9 mph. Sunday: Partly sunny, with a high near 55. Northwest wind around 9 mph, with gusts as high as 23 mph. Sunday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 37. Southwest wind around 8 mph.

Weekend Events in the Area:

Jazz Up Your Day Saturday Around Town: As part of the “Dollars for Duke” campaign to send the Medfield High School Jazz Band to the Essentially Ellington competition at Lincoln Center, May 4-6, jazz band members will be taking part in “Jazz ‘Round Town” on Saturday, April 7. Members of the band will be giving public performances at various locations around Medfield, kicking off with a 9:30 to 11 a.m. performance at Blue Moon. They will also be playing in front of Needham Bank from 10 to 11:30 a.m., and at Lovell’s from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. The last performance of the day will be at the Gazebo from noon to 1:30 p.m.

Medfield Rail Trail Information Session Saturday at the Center: A Medfield Rail Trail information session will be held at the Medfield Senior Center on Ice House Road on Saturday from 10 a.m. to noon. The Bay Colony Rail Trail Study Committee will give a brief presentation, which will be followed by a Q&A session. Residents are encouraged to attend to find out what’s happening on the proposed rail trail, which will run from Medfield to Needham.

Zullo Gallery 17th Annual Student-Faculty Art Exhibit: in collaboration with the K-12 Visual Arts Faculty of the presents the 17th Annual Student-Faculty Art Exhibit. This exhibit will display up to 60 pieces of selected art work from students in grades K-12 alongside the work from the Visual Arts Faculty. This exhibit will run from April 7th through April 29th, and is available for viewing on Saturday's and Sunday's from noon to 5 p.m.

Easter Services: The following Easter Sunday services will be held Sunday.

  • The will hold a "Sonrise" service at 6:30 a.m. Sunday at the Wheelock field and a Resurrection Sunday morning worship at 10:30 a.m. in the sanctuary.

  • The will be holding Easter Sunday service in the sanctuary from 10 to 11 a.m.

  • The will hold threeEaster Sunday services: From 8:30 to 9 a.m. will be a family service; from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. is a festival service and from 11 a.m. to noon is a Praise Service.
  • will hold three masses on Easter Sunday  7:30 to 8:30 a.m.; 9:30 to 10:30 a.m.; 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
  • will hold two Easter Sunday services. The 9 a.m. service is a family service, which will be followed by an Easter Egg Hunt. The church's Festival Eucharist service will be held at 11 a.m.
