  • The National Weather Service based in Taunton has issued a Heat Advisory for today between 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. Day: According to the National Weather Service, today should be sunny and hot.  High near 99. Northwest wind between 8 and 10 mph.
  • Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 69. West wind around 5 mph becoming calm.

MEMO’s Summer Concert Series, 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., Town Gazebo, 460 Main Street, featuring Ana Buckley (lead vocals and guitar, also a Montrose alumna) and the Armstrong Brothers who play country, classic acoustic and children’s favorites.  

‘Thoughts Are Free’ Sculpture Path, 24/7 through October, along Route 109 between the Peak House (347 Main Street) and the old section of Vine Lake Cemetery (625 Main Street) by sculptor Hannah Verlin.
