Sound Healing Meditation at the Center at Westwoods Saturday Evening June 14

The Center at Westwoods, 590 Gay Street, Westwood, is delighted to welcome sound-healing duo SoundScapers to the Center for the first time, this coming Saturday evening June 14 from 7-9:00pm. Come early and walk the labyrinth, sit in the cistern, stroll around the moss pond or tour the gardens and koi pond. We'll begin our sound meditation at 7 in the Meditation Hall, journeying to serenity, release, and profound relaxation via the exquisite sound and tone of chant, the shruti box, the gong, the didgeridoo, and over 20 sound bowls.
