I believe this is one of only a few houses in Medfield that survived the King Philip War. Developers/potential buyers: please do not destroy this gem. After all these years, it would be incredibly sad to see a house that escaped destruction 350+ years ago taken down by a wrecking ball in a matter of minutes.
