What's Open and Closed on Labor Day?
Labor Day will mean closures for some, but not all, retail stores and offices in Medfield.
This holiday recognizes the contribution of the American worker. Yeah, workers! But on Labor Day, at least some of us will be working. It's an American holiday but employers treat it differently.
So, here's an incomplete list of what's open and what's closed today. If you have something to add, please do in the comments so readers will know.
What's Open:
Shaw's will hold regular hours today.
Some retailers and restaurants are open, including Park Street Books and liquor stores in town. Jing's will be open at 11 a.m.
What's Closed:
Zebra's will be closed for the holiday.
Government offices are closed, including the Post Office and Town Hall, too.
