2. Fire Department Open House Tonight - October is National Fire Prevention Month, and Papa Gino’s is teaming up with Medfield Fire Department to help educate the community. The Medfield Fire Department is holding a Fire Safety Open House at Medfield Fire, 114 North Street on Tuesday, Oct. 8 from 5:30 - 7:30 pm. 3. The deadline for applying for a grant through the Medfield Cultural Council is Oct. 15. These grants support a variety of artistic projects and activities in Medfield, including exhibits, festivals, field trips, short-term artist residencies or performances in schools.
