The Episcopal Church of the Advent has provided spiritual service  to the Medfield community for more than 100 years. Rev. Marc G. Eames leads service each Sunday. The church provides various programs, including Bible study for adults and church school for grades pre-kindergarten through grade six and youth group for grades six through eight and nine through twelve.
