The community takes pride in its school system and the success of students at Medfield High School. With 937 students enrolled in grades 9 - 12, the school has received state and national distinctions based on student and school performances. Among the distinctions: 2008 No Child Left Behind-Blue Ribbon School, named by the United States Department of Education and in 2009, the US News and World Report named MHS as a Silver Medal School. Medfield High also scores school-wide extremely well in standardized testing. Warriors' athletics are members of the Tri-Valley League and roughly 75 percent of MHS students participate in 27 sports offered at varsity, junior varsity and freshman levels.
