Whiz Kid's Accomplishments“Over the summer, I opened a toy and craft store in The Popponesset Marketplace called Kids Creative Corner,” Triest said. “The Popponesset Marketplace is a really cool place. It’s only open in the summer and caters to visitors and residents. The marketplace offers an ice cream store, mini-golf, pizza and many other shops. Last winter I wrote a business plan for Kids Creative Corner. We offer sand art and toys and we had a great first year.” To read more on Triest opening his summer business, click here.

Whiz Kid’s Key to Accomplishment: “Last summer, I read a book by the guy who created Zappos.com and I saw a little bit of me inside of him,” Triest said. “He was one that when he was younger, he always had to be busy and he actually started his own worm farm, which is pretty cool. He really inspired me to open my store."
