Thursday marked the end of this year's MEMO summer concert series.

"Songs for Ceilidh" filled the grounds of the town gazebo with lively Celtic music as well as Cape Breton-inspired originals on a pleasant summer evening.

The audience was filled with families having picnics; adults socializing; children running, laughing, and playing around -- overall, it was a true picture of small-town America.
