Starbucks Public Hearing Tonight at 8:45 p.m.

The hearing will start at 8:45 p.m. at the Town House.

The Planning Board will hold a public hearing tonight regarding the proposed Starbucks in the former Mobil gas station at 467 Main Street.

The hearing will start at 8:45 p.m. in the Chenery meeting room on the second floor of Town Hall.

Developer Salvatore Capital Partners (which also purchased the Lord's building) plans to transform the former Mobil station to a Starbucks coffee shop by September.

The official applicant, "Medfield 467 Main LLC," is seeking Site Plan Approval from the Planning Board.

They hope to keep and convert the existing 1,390 square foot gas station and add approximately 300 feet to the left of the building.

The meeting will begin at 8 p.m. with a public hearing for the proposed new art and athletic building at the Montrose School.
