Ever wonder what it's like to be a selectman in Medfield?

Osler "Pete" Peterson created the blog "Medfield02052" to tell the public just that.

"I started this blog to share the interesting and useful information that I saw while doing my job as a Medfield selectman," he says on the site he started in May 2009.

"I thought that my fellow Medfield residents would also find that information interesting and useful as well. This blog is my effort to assist in creating a system to push the information out from the Town House to residents."

In fact, some of his writings have been featured on Patch.

Medfield02052 includes everything from meeting minutes to conference reports to miscellaneous information he picks up along the way. 

Recent posts include thanks to the town's public safety departments for their work during the Blizzard of 2013 as well as the search for a man reported missing at Noon Hill Reservation during the storm (he was found safe and sound the next day).
