The Medfield School Committee will meet Monday to discuss the following business:

The Medfield High School Student Advisory Council will meet with the committee to discuss grade-by-grade what is happening in the high school and what's on the horizon.

Medfield Superintendent of Schools Bob Maguire will update the committee on the fiscal year 2013 budget process. At the committee's last meeting, it adopted Maguire's recommendation of a .87 percent budget increase over FY12.

The committee will discuss proposed legislation on virtual schools and what it means in Medfield.

The committee will take action on the following items:

• Head injury and concussion policy and protocol.
• School Committee minutes for Dec. 5, 2011 (Regular and Executive); Dec. 19 (Regular)

The School Committee meets every first and third Monday of the month in the TV Production classroom of Medfield High School. Meetings begin at 7:30 p.m.
