Powderpuff football has returned to Medfield High School.

Over 100 girls from the Medfield High School junior and senior classes participated in a powderpuff football game to benefit the student council.

The seniors took the bragging rights on this night, defeating the juniors, 42-14. Alex Opiela, Medfield High School senior and quarterback of the football team, recorded his first career win as a head coach. Student council was able to raise $96 through the Alumni Association raffle and members have began discussing the possiblity of including girls from Dover-Sherborn in a powderpuff game between schools next year, according to Rose Sievewright, a MHS junior and co-organizer of the event.
