Six Medfield Athletic Teams In Play Today: Wednesday is full of Medfield athletic action if the expected storm does not postpone any events. The Medfield High girls' and boys' indoor track teams travel to Hopkinton to go against the Hillers at 3:30 p.m. The Medfield High boys' hockey team hosts Holliston at 5 p.m. in the Veteran's Arena in Franklin. The Medfield High girls' varsity basketball team hosts Fontbonne Academy at 6:30 p.m. The Medfield High girls' hockey team will face-off against Medway/Ashland at Iorio Arena in Walpole at 7:30 p.m. The Medfield High gymnastics team travels to Acton for a meet against Acton-Boxborough at 7 p.m. and the Montrose varsity basketball team plays Woodward in Foxboro at 4 p.m. Check Warriors Game Day for previews of Medfield High School athletic action, complete with predictions.
"Frozen In Time" Vine Lake Cemetery Photo Contest: From now through until March 21st photographers of all ages are invited to "Get Snapping" and capture photos which capture the essence of winter at Vine Lake Cemetery.
This free contest, sponsored by Vine Lake Preservation Trust, in Medfield is open to two categories of entrants: adults and students under 18 years of age. Entry deadline is March 21.
