With snow in the forecast, event schedules become unpredictable, but here are some things to look forward to Friday, weather permitting. 

Notable Events:

▪ The Medfield High School boys' and girls' basketball teams travel to Hopkinton to face two solid Hillers' squads in Tri-Valley League showdowns at 5 p.m. (girls') and 6:30 p.m. (boys'). 

▪ The Medfield High School boys' and girls' swim teams travel to Framingham for a 4 p.m. meet against Ashland High. 

What Will This Storm Bring?: The National Weather Service is calling for 6 to 10 inches of snow on Medfield Friday, pushing the town's total accumulation over 30 inches for the month of January. The combination of snow and ice could make for messy commutes so be safe on the roads and check here for school and business cancellations and event postponements.
