Woodland Theatre Company “Bringing Broadway Home” with “A Chorus Line”

Woodland Theatre Company, the new professional theatre company in town, is “Bringing Broadway Home” with their performance of 'A Chorus Line' on January 25th, 26th and 27th at the Lowell Mason Auditorium located in the Medfield High School.

This non-profit theatre is dedicated to bringing affordable, high-quality, musical theatre productions to the metro-west area of Boston.

Artistic Director of Woodland Theatre and Sherborn resident, Doug Hodge, has over 25 years of experience performing and directing theatre across the country.

“I am thrilled to be bringing ‘A Chorus Line’ to our stage in Medfield, not only because of the amazing cast, but also for the opportunity to collaborate with my long-time friend and mentor, Martie Ramm,” stated Hodge.

Ramm is a Broadway veteran and ‘A Chorus Line’ alumni who was first hired by the show’s creator, Michael Bennett.

“It’s an honor to be working with her,” Hodge said. “I knew there was nobody better qualified to remount the original Broadway choreography for our production.”
